 SEMINAR ON WILLS, TRUSTS, AND ESTATE PLANNING

The Hawaii`i State Judiciary is sponsoring a free public informational session, "Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning," from noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 26, 2006, in the Supreme Court Conference Room, 417 South King Street.

Attorney Patricia Lee will discuss legal points to consider when developing wills and trusts and give an overview of estate planning.  She has been a trust and estates lawyer with Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel for more than 20 years.  A graduate of the University of Hawaii`i Richardson School of Law, Lee is co-author of the Hawaii`i Wills & Trusts Sourcebook.  She is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been listed in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America since 1995.

The "Lunch 'n' Learn the Law" program is a series of free informational seminars for the general public that feature topics relating to specific areas of the law and the courts.  Volunteer presenters include judges, attorneys, court officials, and other subject-matter experts.
